OPPORTUNITIES / NEGOTIATIONS

Opportunities are monitored by the Confinova CRM on a success probability basis. The Offer and Order status changes automatically update the opportunity status. The competitors, present in every Opportunity, are monitored as well.
The Budget module takes its data from the Opportunities for building Budget and Rolling Forecast and for instant reporting.

Confinova CRM provides a procedure synchronized by transferring automatically information from the sales force and  managers to the Central server.

The Negotiation Module

Negotiations are monitored on a success probability basis. Two probabilities are managed: probability of the purchase finalization and probability to win the order. The competition present in every negotiation is also monitored. The evolutions of Offers and Orders automatically reflect on the Negotiations. The Budget module takes its data from the Negotiations for building Budget and Rolling Forecast and for spot reporting.

 

Negotiation record contains information about:

  • - Customer data
  • - Market data (Area, Salesman, Dealers, …)
  • - Forecast dates (Order and Shipment)
  • - Probability percentages (purchase and winning)
  • - List of customer’s contacts with their role in the project
  • - List of products and prices
  • - List of bidding Competitors

 

 

 

Negotiation module allows Salesmen and Area Managers to input information and through the synchronization to keep informed the headquarter, updating also the other installations which share the same information. The won order will generate e record in the Installed Base. Lost orders require to input information on the winning competitor and the reason of the loss.

Analysis by charts may be done on :

  • - Orders by areas and their trends in the time
  • - Market share and redemption ratios.
  • - Lost orders by reason and competitor

 

 

 

Scheduled activities can be linked to every negotiation and notified to the other users involved :

  • - List of people invited or informed
  • - Alert time advance set by the single user

Notes can be linked to every negotiation tracing the history of the negotiation. Defining private and public notes allows to have personal remarks and shared chronicles
