Companies/Contacts

Confinova CRM offers the possibility to have an archive of Companies and Contacts (Customers and Prospects) fed by every salesman with many different types of standard classifications to allow marketing analysis. In addition to the basic classifications many others can be added following various requirements. The custom classifications are defined in the specific tables and will appear in the screen lists and on the field lists for filtering the archive. An unlimited number of contacts and addresses can associated to each company. Pre-defined sales conditions can be assigned to every customer, speeding up the generation of new offers.

From each domain it’s possible to access the Company data and those of its contacts.
Both information can be associated to lists finalized to specific or periodical marketing actions.

Actions on Domain Companies:
Open the address window, access to the web site, filter the companies by classification, filter for export, create or edit opportunities / offers, create or modify an appointment / reminder / telephone call, view / manage mail in Outlook to all the Company contacts, manage linked documents.

Actions on Domain Contacts:
filter Contact by marketing flags, filter for export, create or edit opportunities / offers, create or modify an appointment / reminder / telephone call, view / manage mail in Outlook Contact, manage linked documents.
